On-site Operation

At the processing site, river stones with a particle size of 150mm are evenly fed into the pure screening mobile station. As the equipment starts, the motor drives the vibrator eccentric block to rotate at high speed via a V-belt. The material on the inclined screen surface is continuously thrown under the impulse transmitted by the screen box. This highly efficient screening process ensures that particles smaller than the sieve openings pass through smoothly, ultimately resulting in precise separation of finished aggregates in three sizes: 0-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-40mm.
