Russia Mobile Crushing Plant Project

This project is located in the Russian Far East. The customer is a local mining company needing to relocate operations between multiple sites. Considering the cold winters and frequent relocations, we recommended a tire-type mobile crushing plant combination.

The complete configuration includes: a tire-type mobile jaw crusher plant (primary crushing), a tire-type mobile cone crusher plant (secondary/tertiary), and a tire-type mobile screening plant (classification). All three units use diesel/electric dual-drive, allowing electric drive in winter to reduce operating costs.

Since delivery, the equipment has completed operations at three sites with relocation time <2 days per move. Actual capacity has remained above 300 t/h. The customer is very satisfied with the equipment's flexibility and reliability.
