The NK series 4-in-1 tire-type mobile crushing plant is a fully integrated crushing and screening solution that combines a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher (primary), secondary crusher (impact crusher or cone crusher), and vibrating screen on a single tire-mounted chassis. Designed for small to medium capacity operations (30-180 t/h), it eliminates the need for on-site foundation construction and can be towed to the work site and put into operation immediately. The plant features an on-board belt conveyor system that connects all crushing and screening stages, enabling closed-circuit material flow without additional transfer equipment. The jaw crusher handles primary coarse crushing, while the secondary crusher — available in either impact (PF series, for medium-hard materials like limestone) or cone (HP series, for hard materials like granite) configurations — ensures precise finished product gradation. The integrated vibrating screen classifies output into multiple size fractions on-site.
