South American Manganese Ore Mobile Screening and Mining Project

Located in South America, the project utilizes an open-pit mining method. Based on site conditions, our engineers configured two mobile crushing and screening stations—a primary crushing station and a secondary crushing and screening station. Material processing involves excavator → feeder → jaw crusher (primary crushing) → screening → cone crusher (secondary crushing) to complete the process.

Site Conditions: Our engineers configured a primary crushing mobile station and a secondary crushing and screening mobile station for the client. After large stones enter the hopper, they are fed into a PE jaw crusher for primary crushing via a vibrating feeder. Then, a belt conveyor transports the stones to a hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed stones are then conveyed by a belt conveyor to a 3YK1860 vibrating screen for screening, producing the finished product.
