This solution not only fully utilizes the natural sand inherent in the raw materials but also refines the aggregate exceptionally well, resulting in building materials with not only high output but also particularly attractive particle shapes.

Site Conditions: The entire production line utilizes a three-stage crushing process. The primary crushing stage uses a Zhengzhou Meishuo PE900×1200 jaw crusher, with the discharge opening adjusted to 120mm, breaking the stones into 0-150mm pieces. The material then enters a European-style impact crusher for secondary crushing, smoothly producing finished materials in the 0-40mm range.
