Feeding & Primary Crushing: Wheel loaders dump raw limestone into the underground hopper. A vibrating feeder evenly feeds the materials into the PCZ1615 Heavy Hammer Crusher. Screening & Classifying: The crushed mixture is transported via a belt conveyor to two parallel 3YK3075 3-Deck Vibrating Screens. Oversized materials are sent back to the hammer crusher for re-crushing.
Tailings Sand Making: Materials smaller than 15mm (tailings) are fed into the VSI Sand Maker. Through the "rock-on-rock" crushing principle, the tailings are shaped into well-graded, perfectly rounded premium sand, ready for local concrete batching plants and infrastructure projects.
