Meishuo Intelligent Equipment's 180t/h Modular Crushing Plant Successfully Deployed in Zambia, Setting a New Benchmark for High-Efficiency Aggregate Production in Africa
Recently, Meishuo Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. achieved another success in its overseas market expansion. The company's independently developed fully modular crushing plant was successfully delivered and put into operation in a 180t/h aggregate production project in Zambia. The successful operation of this project not only effectively alleviated the strong demand for high-quality aggregates in local infrastructure construction but also fully demonstrated Meishuo Intelligent Equipment's core strength in adaptability to complex working conditions and efficient modular delivery.
As an important mining and infrastructure country in southern Africa, Zambia has seen continuous growth in investment in roads, bridges, and urbanization construction in recent years. The client for this project is a large local building materials production company. With the deepening of infrastructure cooperation between China and Zambia under the "Belt and Road" framework, its original fixed production lines could no longer meet the surge in production capacity demand. Faced with stringent requirements from the client, including a production capacity of 180 tons per hour, a construction period of less than three months, and adaptability to the complex climate and working conditions in Africa, the Meishuo technical team responded swiftly, tailoring a modular solution for a four-stage closed-loop process: feeding, jaw crushing, intermediate crushing, and screening.
Compared to traditional fixed production lines, the Meishuo modular crushing plant demonstrated superior delivery advantages. Each functional module was pre-assembled and debugged at the Zhengzhou factory, requiring only on-site connection for immediate use, significantly reducing the difficulty of long-distance international transportation and on-site installation. The project took only about 60 days from equipment arrival to official commissioning, a substantial reduction from the client's expected 90-day construction period, giving the client a competitive edge in the market.
Regarding equipment operation, Meishuo Intelligent Equipment implemented specific adaptive optimization designs for core components to address the high temperature, high humidity, and complex working conditions in Zambia. After commissioning, the entire production line maintained continuous and stable operation without any downtime or performance degradation caused by harsh environments. Its actual processing capacity consistently reached 180 tons per hour, and the finished aggregate gradation fully met the customer's technical specifications.
The successful delivery of this Zambia project vividly demonstrates the full lifecycle service capabilities of Meishuo Intelligent Equipment's "turnkey project." From the initial site survey and solution design, to the mid-term equipment manufacturing and transportation organization, and then to the later installation, commissioning, and personnel training, Meishuo's attentive service throughout the entire process earned high recognition from overseas customers. In the future, Meishuo Intelligent Equipment will continue to uphold the philosophy of "driving value creation through technological innovation," relying on over 30 core patented technologies and dual quality system certifications to provide customers in more than 50 countries and regions worldwide with higher-quality and more reliable crushing and grinding solutions, continuously enhancing the international reputation of "Made in China."
