Recently, Meishuo Intelligent Equipment announced a comprehensive technology upgrade for its hydraulic cone crusher product line. After more than a year of research, our R&D team achieved multiple technical breakthroughs in chamber design, hydraulic system, and automation control.
Main upgrades include:
1. Optimized chamber design — a new curved chamber creates more ideal laminating crushing, yielding even better finished particle shape with flakiness content reduced to below 8%.
2. Upgraded hydraulic protection system — tramp-iron protection response time shortened to within 0.5 seconds, effectively protecting the main shaft and bearings and extending equipment life.
3. Integrated intelligent control system — enables remote monitoring, automatic discharge opening adjustment, smart lubrication, and more — reducing operator workload.
4. Optimized main shaft material and heat treatment process — load capacity increased by 25%, capacity increased by 30% at the same energy consumption.
