A 3075 heavy-duty vibrating screen has been officially shipped to Brazil, supporting efficient production in South American mining.
Our 3075 heavy-duty vibrating screen, custom-designed for our Brazilian client, has successfully completed manufacturing and factory testing and is about to be shipped to South America. The equipment features a 3m x 7.5m screen surface, providing a large effective screening area. Equipped with a dual-shaft vibration system and a thin oil lubrication structure, it can process 250 to 800 tons per hour. Supporting multi-layer screen configurations, it can simultaneously screen various material specifications and is suitable for high-intensity screening conditions such as sand and gravel aggregates and metal ores.
This export not only demonstrates our technical strength in the field of heavy mining machinery but also marks a significant step forward in our business expansion in the South American market. Upon arrival in Brazil, the equipment will be directly deployed in local large-scale sand and gravel aggregate production lines, effectively improving ore grading efficiency, reducing operating costs, and helping our client achieve green and intelligent modern production goals.
