SDMAK Intelligent Equipment Ships 40-Ton Crushing Production Line to India, Supporting Local Infrastructure Development
On July 10, 2026, SDMAK Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (SDMAK) successfully shipped a complete 40-ton crushing production line to India. This equipment, manufactured at the company's production base in Zhengzhou, marks a significant step forward in SDMAK's business expansion in the South Asian market.
Project Overview: Customized Solution Meets Specific Needs
The delivered crushing production line is custom-designed for the client, specifically for processing limestone, with a designed capacity of 80-100 tons per hour. It aims to meet the specific needs of the Indian client in the production of building aggregates.
This production line is a complete turnkey solution, covering all stages including primary feeding, crushing, screening, and conveying. Installation can commence immediately upon arrival at the project site in Rajasthan. This delivery further demonstrates SDMAK's strength as a professional manufacturer of mining crushing equipment, providing integrated solutions from design and manufacturing to transportation, installation, and after-sales service to clients in over 50 countries worldwide.
Tailored to Local Conditions: Deep Customization for Indian Working Conditions
Every production line from MESO is engineered around the specific working conditions of its clients, and this Indian project was no exception. Based on site surveys and material analysis, the project team made several key customization decisions.
Material Adaptability: For the Rajasthan limestone (compressive strength 95-120 MPa, moderate abrasiveness) provided by the client, engineers selected high-manganese steel (Mn13Cr2 grade) wear-resistant parts for the jaw crusher. This allows the liners to have an expected service life of 1800-2200 hours under continuous operation, effectively reducing the client's unit maintenance costs.
Climate and Environmental Adaptability: Considering the high temperature and dusty operating environment in India, the electrical control cabinet was upgraded to IP65 dustproof rating, and cooling fans capable of withstanding ambient temperatures up to 55°C were added. Simultaneously, dry bag filters were integrated at key transfer points to ensure compliance with the stringent emission standards of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) of India.
Customized Finished Product Specifications: The customer required the production of finished aggregates in four specifications: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm, to supply the local subgrade and ready-mixed concrete market. To this end, the screening module was equipped with woven screens of the corresponding sizes to ensure that the finished product gradation met Indian IS 383 standards.
Five Reasons the Customer Chose Meso: This medium-sized aggregate producer in Rajasthan, after evaluating five suppliers from three countries for a project supplying concrete and subgrade materials to the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), ultimately chose Meso. Key decision-making factors included:
Over 20 Years of Manufacturing Experience: Meso's over 20 years of experience in crushing and grinding equipment manufacturing provided the customer with technical confidence for their long-term investment decision.
Strong Customization Capabilities: Unlike suppliers providing standard equipment, Meso designed the entire production line around the customer's material, capacity, and finished product requirements, including a dust removal system integrated to meet CPCB standards.
Extensive South Asian Export Experience: With successful projects in over 50 countries, including Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh, MESOS demonstrates its ability to handle cross-border project delivery and documentation.
Project Significance and Market Outlook: This delivery of a 40-tonnage crushing production line to India marks MESOS's 12th project in South Asia, further solidifying the company's strategic focus on the Indian subcontinent as a key growth market.
The Indian aggregate and construction equipment industry is experiencing rapid growth, driven by the government's Bharatmala road program, the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana), and ongoing urban infrastructure investments. Industry forecasts predict that India's annual aggregate demand will exceed 5 billion tons by 2027, creating sustained market demand for reliable, cost-effective crushing equipment.
Simultaneously, the Indian market is transitioning from a fragmented, low-mechanization production model to regulated operators meeting stricter environmental and quality standards. This trend benefits suppliers like MESOS that can provide complete, compliant, and well-designed solutions.
