Meishuo Heavy Industry's C1315 Series Impact Crusher Delivered to Turkey, Aiding Local Mine Capacity Upgrade
[Reported by this newspaper] Recently, a batch of customized C1315 series impact crushers exported by Meishuo Heavy Industry to the Turkish market has been successfully delivered and commissioned on-site. This batch of equipment will be directly put into the medium crushing stage of large-scale aggregate production lines in Turkey, aiming to comprehensively improve the production efficiency and operational stability of mines in the region.
The C1315 series demonstrates strong adaptability to the uneven rock size distribution and special operating conditions in Turkish mines. In terms of capacity and feed, this model can handle a maximum feed size of 600mm, with a feed opening size of 1540×930mm, and a theoretical processing capacity of 250 to 350 tons/hour. This design avoids excessive impact from overly large rocks on the hammers while ensuring smooth material entry into the crushing chamber, eliminating the need for additional pre-screening and effectively simplifying the overall process.
In terms of core drive and structural design, the equipment adopts a 250kW high-efficiency single-motor drive configuration. Compared with the traditional dual-motor structure, the single-motor design not only significantly reduces the complexity of electrical control and subsequent maintenance costs, but also effectively saves installation space. Combined with a heavy-duty rotor of Φ1300×1500mm, the equipment possesses a larger moment of inertia, fully utilizing kinetic energy when crushing medium-to-high hardness materials, ensuring low needle-like and flaky content and excellent particle shape in the finished aggregate. Furthermore, the equipment's overall compact size, coupled with a hydraulic opening device, makes daily maintenance and replacement of wear parts faster, significantly reducing downtime for maintenance.
