Project Background: Douala, Cameroon, as the country's economic capital and largest port city, is a logistics and trade hub in Central Africa. With the accelerated development of local infrastructure, the demand for high-quality building aggregates has surged. This project, located in the Douala area, aims to construct a high-standard granite crushing production line.
It is worth noting that the client previously worked in the forestry sector, and this foray into investing in a stone quarry presented a lack of experience in mineral processing and equipment maintenance. To address this, the technical team at Zhengzhou Meishuo Intelligent provided comprehensive "nanny-style" support—from customized solution configuration to on-site training in equipment operation, maintenance, and repair techniques—helping the client successfully transition from "forestry" to "mining."

Customized Process and Equipment Configuration
Targeting the high hardness and high silicon content of granite, Zhengzhou Meishuo Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has customized a three-stage crushing process of "jaw crusher + cone crusher + impact crusher" for the client, and adopted an all-steel frame structure design to ensure the stability and efficiency of the production line.
Feeding and Primary Crushing
The hopper adopts an all-steel frame structure, lined with 20mm wear-resistant steel plates to effectively prevent material impact and wear. Large pieces of granite are evenly conveyed to the jaw crusher by a heavy-duty vibrating feeder for primary primary crushing.
Secondary and Fine Crushing Stage
The primary crushed material enters the hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. The layered crushing principle of this equipment can effectively reduce the wear of wear-resistant parts, making it particularly suitable for high-hardness materials such as granite.
Shaping and Screening
The material then enters a European-style impact crusher for shaping, resulting in a superior particle shape. Finally, it undergoes precise grading using two circular vibrating screens.
Closed-Loop Circulation
Materials larger than 25mm after screening are returned to the impact crusher for further crushing, forming a closed-loop circulation; ultimately, it stably produces high-quality gravel in three sizes: 0-5mm, 5-15mm, and 15-25mm.
