Recently, with the successful assembly and joint commissioning of multiple large-diameter impact crushers in the production workshop, our company has successfully completed a new round of technological upgrades for this classic series of machines. Multiple units are rolling off the production line and are ready for deployment. As a flagship product that has withstood market testing in the medium and fine crushing field, the impact crushers produced in this batch have undergone several technical optimizations in core components and structural processes, providing more robust and efficient equipment support for projects such as limestone, sand and gravel aggregate, and construction waste treatment.
Inside the manufacturing workshop, workers are methodically carrying out the final pre-shipment procedures. As the "backbone" of our company's crushing equipment matrix, this series of impact crushers, based on years of customer feedback and actual working conditions, has achieved process reengineering and performance optimization in the following five dimensions:

Optimization 1: Double Counterweight Flywheel Structure, Enhancing Stability and Capacity
The equipment continues and optimizes the design of double-sided ultra-large counterweight flywheels, using thickened cast steel material for better energy storage and inertia. This effectively balances impact force and reduces motor load when crushing large stones. Actual operation calculations show that, under the same power, processing capacity can be steadily increased by over 20%, operation start-up and shutdown are smoother, and machine stability is significantly enhanced.
Optimization Two: Refined Crushing Chamber Design for Superior Output Particle Shape
The technical team has fine-tuned and optimized the staggered layout of the arc-shaped crushing chamber and multi-stage impact plates, allowing the stone to undergo more thorough multiple impact shaping within the chamber. The cubic proportion of the finished aggregate can reach over 90%, with very few needle-like and flaky materials, precisely meeting the stringent requirements for aggregate particle shape in high-standard projects such as high-speed infrastructure and commercial concrete.
Optimization Three: Mature Hydraulic Quick-Opening Structure Further Accelerates Operation and Maintenance Efficiency

The hydraulic opening system equipped with the machine has been further optimized, enabling one-click opening without the need for tedious manual bolt disassembly. Maintenance and replacement time for vulnerable parts such as hammers and liners is reduced by 60%, and combined with new fastening locking components, daily operation and maintenance are more convenient and efficient, significantly reducing labor costs.
Optimization 4: Thickened Body and Upgraded Wear-Resistant Materials Extend Service Life
The body is constructed from high-strength, thickened steel plates welded together. The reinforcing ribs in key stress areas further stabilize the machine, resulting in excellent resistance to impact deformation. The matching high-wear-resistant alloy hammers and wear-resistant liners easily handle long-term, high-intensity continuous operation with medium-hard ores, increasing the overall service life of the machine by 30%.
Optimization 5: Systematic Vibration and Noise Reduction Meets Green Production Standards
The high-performance spring vibration damping components installed on the machine body operate smoothly, with low vibration and noise. A standard dust collection interface is provided for easy connection to various environmental dust collection systems, fully adapting to the needs of modern mine green and environmentally friendly production and compact plant layouts.
For a long time, our company has been deeply involved in the research and development and manufacturing of crushing and screening equipment, adhering to standardized lean processes to solidify the foundation of quality. From the quality inspection of casting blanks and precision machining to the rigorous assembly and no-load testing of the entire machine, every process is strictly controlled by dedicated personnel, meticulously managing welding accuracy and assembly gaps to ensure that every piece of equipment leaving the factory possesses extremely high stability and durability.
Currently, this batch of large-diameter impact crushers has been successively shipped to mining project sites across the country. In the future, we will continue to leverage our rich manufacturing experience and technological accumulation, refining product details and providing superior equipment quality and comprehensive after-sales service to help our mining customers achieve their production goals of improving quality, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
