To further improve customer service experience, Meishuo Intelligent Equipment has officially launched a 24/7 after-sales response mechanism. The commitment: 2-hour phone response after receiving a customer repair call, on-site arrival by technical service personnel within 24 hours, and completion of general fault repair within 72 hours.

Our after-sales service head introduced that the company has set up 5 regional service centers nationwide, staffed with a professional technical service team of 30+ people, providing customers with full lifecycle services including installation & commissioning, operator training, regular inspections, fault repair, and spare parts supply.

For overseas customers, the company has established a remote technical support center providing first-time assistance through video calls, remote diagnosis, and other means. The company has also set up overseas spare parts warehouses in key markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa — ensuring critical spare parts arrive within 72 hours.
