Zhengzhou Meishuo’s MF125 Ultrafine Grinding System Shipped to Brazil to Boost Powder Processing Efficiency
Recently, Zhengzhou Meishuo (branded as "Meishuo Intelligent") shipped a complete MF125 ultrafine grinding system to Brazil. This system is designed to support a local customer's industrial powder processing project, helping them optimize production workflows and increase output capacity.
The MF125 ultrafine grinding system comprises 17 core and auxiliary equipment units. In terms of production performance, the system processes feed material with a particle size of up to 20 mm. The fineness of the finished product can be flexibly adjusted between 6 and 100 microns (equivalent to 2000 to 150 mesh), with an output capacity ranging from 2.5 to 20 tons per hour. This wide adjustment range and stable output enable the customer to flexibly meet diverse market demands for powder fineness, thereby expanding product applications and ensuring reliable order fulfillment.
Regarding core specifications, the system utilizes the MF220-125 main unit, powered by two 110 kW motors via a belt drive mechanism, ensuring stable power for continuous production. The accompanying air classifier features a 75 kW motor and a variable frequency drive (VFD), allowing for precise control over particle size, reduced waste, and improved material utilization. The total power rating for the entire system is 454 kW (including a 30 kW air compressor).
In daily operations, maintaining a favorable working environment is crucial for staff retention and compliance with plant management standards. The system is equipped with a pulse dust collector offering a filtration area of 553 square meters and a soundproof enclosure lined with corrugated sound-insulating material. These environmental features help minimize dust and noise emissions during operation, thereby improving the working conditions for on-site personnel. Furthermore, the complete production line integrates auxiliary equipment—such as a jaw crusher (PE400×800), a hammer crusher (PC600×400), a storage hopper, a feeder, and multiple belt conveyors—to form a closed-loop system. This turnkey delivery model eliminates the need for the client to source components from multiple vendors or assemble the equipment themselves, thereby reducing the time and costs associated with initial integration and commissioning.
Following assembly and container loading, the equipment will be shipped to Brazil by sea; it is expected to deliver long-term production capacity and operational returns for the client's industrial line.
