Indonesia 500 t/h Aggregate Production Line

This project is located on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. The customer is a large local building materials group supplying high-quality aggregate for highway construction projects.

Based on the customer's material characteristics (granite — high hardness, high abrasiveness) and capacity requirements, we designed a PE-900×1200 jaw crusher + HP-300 cone crusher + 3YZS-2160 vibrating screen configuration. The production line uses a modular design with short installation time and stable operation.

Since commissioning, the actual capacity has steadily reached 520 t/h. The finished aggregate has excellent particle shape with flakiness content <10%, meeting local highway material standards. The customer is highly satisfied with the equipment performance and service.
