The GZG series vibrating feeder is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, machinery, and other industries. It uniformly and continuously or quantitatively feeds block, granular, and powder materials from storage bins or hoppers to receiving equipment. The feeder features an integral welded structure with stress relief treatment, ensuring long-term structural stability. It offers both hanging-type and floor-type installation options, as well as horizontal and negative-incline installation choices to suit different site conditions and material characteristics. The block eccentric exciter generates stable vibration force, while the spring suspension system isolates vibration from the supporting structure. Available in 6 models with trough sizes from 600x1250 to 1500x2250 mm, capacities from 110 to 1000 t/h, and motor power from 2x0.50 to 2x2.25 kW. The GZG series is an essential auxiliary equipment for crushing and screening production lines.
