Product Overview
The ZK series linear vibrating screen is developed by digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technology, combined with China's actual production needs and years of R&D experience. It is a new type of linear vibrating screen specifically designed for the domestic market. The screen uses a block eccentric design for excitation force, providing high intensity and stable vibration. The screen beam and box are connected via high-strength bolts without welding, ensuring structural integrity and easy maintenance. A tire coupling enables flexible connection for smoother operation. The ZK series delivers high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, and long service life, making it ideal for aggregate production, mining, coal preparation, and material classification. Available in 8 models with screen areas from 3.0 to 14.4 m², capacities from 7.2 to 576 t/h, and motor configurations from 1.5x2 to 15x2 kW. Screen mesh options include woven wire, wedge wire, rubber, and polyurethane to suit different material characteristics.
