The tire-mounted mobile screening station shown here is currently undergoing complete system commissioning in our workshop. With the conveyor belts fully extended, the structural frame and manufacturing quality are clearly visible.
1. Chassis and Structural Materials
The unit is mounted on a heavy-duty dual-axle trailer chassis with robust mechanical support legs. The frame adopts thick box-section beams with smooth, uniform weld seams. The chassis remains stable under heavy loads — whether supporting a multi-deck vibrating screen or multiple extended side conveyors — without vibration or structural deformation.
2. Maintenance Access and Safety Features
Spacious walkways, guardrails, and anti-slip ladders are welded onto the upper and side areas of the screen box. This allows operators to safely conduct inspections and replace screen media. While many lower-cost units reduce or omit walkways to save cost — creating difficulties for on-site maintenance — we address these practical service requirements before delivery.
3. Discharge Layout and Folding Design
The full folding belt system is being tested on site. The main feed conveyor, steep-angle return conveyor, and side fine-material discharge conveyors are precisely calibrated in terms of belt arc and outreach distance. This ensures efficient high stockpiling while maintaining a compact folded profile within road transport limits, ready for towing.
