South African Customers Visit Meishuo Machinery to Inspect 500-2500 Mesh Ring Roller Mill
Recently, a delegation of South African customers visited Meishuo Machinery headquarters for technical exchange and on-site inspection regarding the selection and application of a 500-2500 mesh ultrafine ring roller mill. The visit aimed to assess whether the equipment meets the requirements of their non-metallic mineral deep processing project for finished product fineness, capacity, and operational stability.
Technical Highlights: GKH Series Ring Roller Mill
During the technical communication session, Meishuo's technical personnel explained the structural design and process adaptability of the GKH series ring roller mill. This equipment adopts a multi-layer grinding roller structure and, through a composite pulverization method of impact, extrusion, and grinding, can process materials to the 500-2500 mesh range. The finished product fineness is stably controlled at D97≤5μm, with a concentrated particle size distribution and micro-powder content meeting the production standards for high-end flame retardants and functional fillers.

Considering the characteristics of local South African ores, both parties focused on discussing the equipment's adaptability under different operating conditions. Meishuo provided detailed parameters for five models, from MF80 to MF1680L. The key technical indicators are as follows:

For example, the MF1250L model (grinding ring diameter 1250mm, 28-35 rollers) offers a capacity of 2.5-20t/h, suitable for medium-to-high output needs. The larger MF1680L model expands to 30-44 rollers, increasing capacity to 5-45t/h for large-scale continuous production.
On-Site Verification & Future Cooperation
During the trial grinding and verification phase, the customer's raw ore samples underwent material testing at Meishuo's testing center. Test results showed that the equipment operated smoothly at the set fineness, produced uniform powder output, and the pulse dust removal system met emission standards, with overall performance meeting expectations.
Based on measured data and lifecycle cost analysis, the customer expressed satisfaction with the equipment's energy efficiency and ease of maintenance, and indicated their intention to pursue further cooperation.
This exchange demonstrates the importance that international customers place on the compatibility of Meishuo's ring roller mill technical parameters with actual operating conditions.
