In this collaboration, the VSI series' superior technical parameters perfectly addressed the practical pain points of the local mines: Extra-large feed size, eliminating the bottleneck of secondary crushing:Taking the VI9532 model in the order as an example, its maximum feed size can reach 180-280mm for both soft and hard materials; even the larger VI1145 and VI1263 models have a maximum feed size of 50-60mm for hard materials (Note: The image shows VI1145/VI1263 with 50-60mm hard materials and 250-344mm soft materials). This wide range of feed adaptability greatly simplifies the process flow and reduces infrastructure investment costs.
Dual-mode drive, free switching between sand making and shaping: For high-grade concrete aggregate standards, the equipment can flexibly switch modes. The VI1263 model has a processing capacity of up to 454-486t/h in "sand making" mode and exceeds 545-586t/h in "shaping" mode. Multi-functional design allows customers to flexibly adjust product structures according to market demands.

Powerful power reserve, constant spindle speed output
The VI1263 uses a dual-motor drive (total power of 454-486KW), ensuring the spindle speed is stably maintained within a high range of 900-1200r/min. This high linear speed not only improves the crushing ratio but also effectively reduces the wear frequency of vulnerable parts.
Intelligent lubrication protection, fearless in harsh working conditions
Considering the complex environment of South American mining areas, the equipment is equipped with a thin oil lubrication station and oil tank heating device as standard. The system has a dual protection mechanism of "automatic shutdown without oil flow" and "air cooling," ensuring continuous and stable operation of the production line.
