Our company has successfully exported a small mobile crushing plant to Africa, contributing to local infrastructure and mining development.
Our company has officially signed a purchase order for a small mobile crushing plant with an African client, marking a further consolidation of our business layout in the African mining machinery market. This cooperation not only demonstrates the international competitiveness of our products but also contributes new strength to the interconnection of infrastructure between China and Africa.

This small mobile crushing plant features a highly customized design to address the complex construction conditions and natural environment in Africa. The equipment is assembled from a C96 jaw crusher, a bar feeder, and a modular frame, highly integrating core processes such as feeding, coarse crushing, and conveying, resulting in a compact and efficient overall structure. In terms of capacity, the crusher has a 600×900mm feed inlet and a throughput of up to 150 tons per hour. The discharge outlet is freely adjustable, allowing flexible control of the finished aggregate particle size to meet different project requirements. Simultaneously, a B800 conveyor completes material transfer, effectively ensuring continuous operation of the production line.
In terms of structural design and relocation performance, this equipment demonstrates strong adaptability. The entire frame adopts a bolted and disassembled structure, which not only saves time and labor during transportation and disassembly but also significantly reduces the cost of subsequent modifications and assembly. Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with an adjustable tractor unit, providing excellent mobility for relocation; simple hydraulic outriggers at the bottom ensure stable placement and support. The entire system can be quickly put into operation without complex supporting infrastructure, and its continuous operation performance is stable and reliable. Whether for raw stone mining or construction waste recycling, this mobile crushing station is perfectly adaptable, providing efficient and flexible equipment support for local engineering projects in Africa.
