Our overseas business has achieved another success: a batch of C80 jaw crushers, custom-designed for a South African customer, has been successfully produced and is about to be shipped to the African continent. All core technical parameters of this batch of equipment have been precisely matched to the customer's actual working conditions.

In terms of hardware configuration, these C80 crushers are equipped with a 510*850mm feed opening, easily handling the initial crushing of large pieces of ore and ensuring smooth feeding. Simultaneously, the equipment is equipped with a powerful 75KW motor, achieving excellent energy consumption control while ensuring high crushing capacity, perfectly meeting the cost reduction and efficiency improvement demands of mining companies. Furthermore, the core component, the eccentric shaft, uses a thickened 350mm specification, significantly improving the bending strength and operational stability of the main shaft, enabling it to maintain stable, low-failure-rate, and long-term operation even when dealing with the high-hardness ore in South Africa.
