Zhengzhou Meishuo’s High-Standard Crushing and Screening Production Line (200–300 tph) Officially Enters Operation
A complete crushing and screening production line, designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Meishuo, has recently completed installation and heavy-load commissioning at the client's site and has now entered a phase of stable, full-capacity production. The project is primarily designed for the combined production of high-quality construction aggregates and premium manufactured sand. The entire line operates smoothly, delivering products with optimal gradation and excellent particle shape, while all technical specifications meet design standards.
Core Equipment Selection and Power Configuration
The entire production line scientifically matches the power load of each stage of equipment based on raw material conditions and the demand for multiple output specifications, avoiding both over-powered equipment and ensuring stable operation under full load:
Primary Crushing Section · PE750 Jaw Crusher (Motor Power: 110 kW): As the core of the production line's primary crusher, it allows a maximum feed size of 630mm and a stable processing capacity of 110–320 t/h. Equipped with a high-efficiency, energy-saving 110 kW motor and a heavy-duty eccentric shaft structure, it ensures the continuous and smooth feeding of large materials, laying a solid foundation for the line's overall throughput.
Shaping and Sand Making Section · VSI9532 Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher (Total Power of Dual Motors: 320 kW, 160 kW × 2): Designed for the demand of high-grade aggregates and high-quality manufactured sand, it is equipped with a dual-motor driven vertical shaft impact crusher with a shaping capacity of 350–540 t/h (sand making capacity of 180–280 t/h). Through efficient shaping within the "rock-on-rock" or "rock-on-iron" crushing chamber, the content of flaky and elongated particles in the final product is significantly reduced, greatly enhancing the market competitiveness of the sand and aggregate.
High-efficiency sorting section · 3YK circular vibrating screen (motor power: 22 kW): Multi-layer wear-resistant woven screen mesh combined with a high-excitation force motor drive, material is dispersed quickly, screen penetration rate is high, and anti-clogging ability is strong, realizing accurate grading of multi-specification finished materials. Energy Efficiency and Wear Balance: Designed for the characteristics of hard rock materials, key wear-resistant components (jaw plates, throwing heads, liners, and screens) are made of high-wear-resistant alloy materials, effectively extending the replacement cycle of spare parts and reducing the overall operating and maintenance cost per ton.
Environmental protection and workshop dust control: All material drop points and conveying and transfer nodes are equipped with dustproof sealing covers, and the whole machine is equipped with multi-point shock-absorbing bases to effectively control dust and operating vibration noise.
Operation and safety design: The rack maintenance platform, ladder and protective fence are integrated into one layout, with ample maintenance access to facilitate daily inspection and lubrication maintenance by workers.
