Peruvian mining conditions can be highly demanding. Hard rock and heavy dust tend to wear down parts like blow bars and impact plates at a faster pace. For local quarry operators, a major challenge is often managing the cost of unplanned downtime. Opening up a traditional impactor to swap blow bars usually requires a crew working with heavy tools, which can take up a significant portion of a shift. When the plant stops, productivity naturally suffers.
This client chose Meishuo to help address these practical operational challenges, focusing on improving overall equipment effectiveness.

Meishuo’s overseas project manager explained the value of the upgrade: "With traditional setups, swapping parts could mean halting the line for hours. That's why this PFW1315 is equipped with a hydraulic casing opening system. The operator can use a hydraulic lever to safely open the rear casing. What used to take most of a shift can now be completed much faster, helping clients recover valuable production hours every month."

Beyond streamlining maintenance, the PFW1315 is engineered to deliver reliable mechanical performance for daily operations:
Accommodating Oversized Rock: Blasted rock sizes can be unpredictable on-site. To help prevent material bridging, the max feed opening accommodates up to 300mm. It is designed to smoothly process material from the primary jaw crusher.
160kW Motor: Crushing hard rock requires substantial kinetic energy. Driven by a 160kW motor, the rotor provides strong shear and impact forces, helping to maintain stable RPMs even when processing dense materials.
Targeting 200 TPH Output: Engineered to minimize bottlenecks, it is built to sustain a steady throughput of approximately 200 tons per hour under appropriate conditions, serving as a reliable component in the crushing and screening circuit.
The unit has already passed extensive no-load runs and high-pressure hydraulic tests on the factory floor. It arrives in Peru ready to offer both its 200 TPH capacity target and the mechanical design local miners need to better manage maintenance and keep their operations running smoothly.
