4YK3075 Four-layer heavy-duty vibrating screen: Featuring an extra-large screen surface of 3m × 7.5m, it can achieve high-precision one-time grading of 5 material specifications, particularly suitable for high-volume, multi-particle-size aggregate fine screening applications;
3YK3075 Three-layer heavy-duty vibrating screen: Balancing high throughput and high screening efficiency, with strong load-bearing capacity and excellent impact resistance;
2YK3045 Two-layer heavy-duty vibrating screen: Compact layout, powerful screening drive, commonly used for post-crushing grading or pre-screening and soil removal of aggregates.

The connection between the crossbeam and the side plates is made by cold riveting with ring groove rivets, which completely eliminates the thermal stress and cracking hazards caused by traditional welding, ensuring the structural rigidity and service life of the equipment under long-term high load and strong vibration conditions.
Modular and easy-to-maintain design: Equipped with a quick tensioning and replacement system, facilitating rapid replacement of polyurethane, perforated, or woven screens; the user-friendly design of key lubrication points and bearing temperature rise monitoring significantly reduces the labor intensity of frontline maintenance personnel and overall downtime costs.
