Meishuo Machinery Delivers Customized Mobile Crushing Plant to Brazil, Supporting South American Infrastructure Upgrades with Efficient Integrated Solutions

Addressing Brazil's vast territory, scattered mineral and construction waste distribution, and complex terrain, Zhengzhou Meishuo Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meishuo Machinery") has completed factory commissioning for a customized mobile crushing and screening plant specifically designed for its Brazilian clients. This equipment features an integrated design, allowing it to be driven directly into the site without the need for piling and securing, effectively solving the pain points of traditional fixed production lines such as difficult relocation and long infrastructure construction cycles. It provides a flexible and efficient sand and gravel aggregate production solution for local infrastructure construction.

This mobile crushing plant integrates four core functions: feeding, coarse crushing, fine crushing, and screening, employing a classic two-stage crushing process of "jaw crusher + cone crusher." The system includes a GF9635 vibrating feeder equipped with dual motor drive and a variable frequency speed control system to ensure uniform and stable feeding; a PE500×700 jaw crusher, serving as the main coarse crusher, features a deep V-shaped crushing chamber, offering a large crushing ratio and convenient maintenance; a PY1200 cone crusher with a power output of 90kW, employing a layered crushing principle and equipped with a hydraulic clearing system and an overload protection system to ensure excellent finished product particle shape and equipment safety; and a 3YK1546 circular vibrating screen with a three-layer screen design for precise grading. The entire system has a total power of approximately 154kW (excluding optional features), a maximum feed particle size of ≤425mm, an output particle size adjustable from 0-40mm, a total weight of approximately 28 tons, and dimensions of approximately 13.8×2.6×4.2m, with a stable processing capacity of 60-80 tons/hour.
