Dushanbe, January 2024 — Global mining equipment leader Crusherblocks announced that its 200-ton-per-hour modular mobile crushing station in the Pamir Plateau of Tajikistan has successfully commenced operation. This production line is specifically designed for high-altitude (over 3,500 meters) and complex terrain, capable of handling hard rock layers such as local granite and gold tailings, helping Tajikistan to build a "Central Asian mining hub."

200t/h Modular Crushing Station

Core Highlights

Extreme Environment Adaptability

Extreme Cold and High Altitude Challenges: Using -40°C cold-resistant hydraulic oil and high-altitude air compressors with 20% power compensation to ensure stable operation at 4,000 meters altitude and -25°C environment.

Steep Slope Operation Capability: Equipped with hydraulic leveling legs (±15° tilt adaptive) to adapt to 30% slope terrain in the Pamir mining area, reducing site leveling costs.

Efficient Resource Utilization

Gold Mine Tailings Regeneration: Through a three-stage crushing process of jaw crusher + cone crusher + vertical shaft impact crusher, tailings (compressive strength ≥180MPa) are converted into high-quality 0-31.5mm aggregates, increasing metal recovery rate to 92%.

Hydropower Station Grade Sand and Gravel: The output aggregate has a needle-and-plate content ≤8%, crushing value ≤12%, meeting the standards for C50 concrete in the Rogun Hydropower Station dam.

Technological Parameter Innovation

Module Name Key Technology Performance Indicators

Main Crusher C160 Jaw Crusher + HPY500 Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher Feed Size ≤750mm, Crushing Ratio 1:15

Mobile chassis Track-type fully hydraulic drive Climb ability 35°, walking speed 1.5km/h

Intelligent control system 5G IoT + AI load optimization Energy consumption reduction 18%, production fluctuation rate ≤ 3%

Project implementation and policy drive

China-Tajikistan GBAOR Economic Corridor: Supplying machine-made sand (fineness modulus 2.8-3.1) for the China-Tajikistan cross-border highway, replacing high-priced imported Kyrgyz river sand.

Green mine policy: Responding to the Tajikistan "2025 Mining Reform Act", achieving dust emissions ≤10mg/m³ (better than EU standards), and 100% wastewater recycling rate.

Economic benefits:

Payback period: 40% shorter than traditional fixed production lines (only 2.3 years) due to modular rapid relocation (48 hours for disassembly and assembly).

Operating costs: Dual-mode switching between diesel and electric power, fuel costs reduced by 25%, suitable for unstable power conditions in Tajikistan.
