1. Primary Crushing Stage


GZD1349 Vibrating Feeder: 15° inclined grid bars pre-screen ≤500mm lumps, removing 12% soil content.

PE750×1060 Jaw Crusher: Processes 630mm feed to ≤150mm fragments via 200kW motor drive.

2. Secondary Shaping & Sand Making


PF1315 Impact Crusher: Multi-cavity rotor converts 150mm input to 0-40mm with <10% needle content.

6X1263 Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher: Produces 0-5mm sand (fineness modulus 2.8-3.0) via dual-motor 440kW drive.

3. Precision Screening


3YK3075 Triple-Deck Screen: Achieves 95% sizing accuracy across 5-31.5mm fractions.
