Addressing the Pain Points: The Dual Challenges of Archipelago Logistics and Tropical Climate
With the deep integration of Indonesia's "Global Maritime Fulcrum" strategy and the "Belt and Road" Initiative, the local building materials market has experienced explosive growth. However, large building materials companies on Sulawesi Island face severe production capacity bottlenecks. The existing fixed production line was not only plagued by aging equipment but also by two major challenges: first, Indonesia's unique topography, with its numerous islands, made the transoceanic transport of large equipment extremely difficult, and the long rainy season easily delayed traditional civil construction; second, the high temperature and humidity of the tropical rainforest and the salt spray environment of the islands placed extremely high demands on the equipment's corrosion and moisture resistance.
The Solution: Container-Level Modularization and Customized Protection
Faced with the client's stringent requirements of "100 tons per hour and commissioning within two months," Meishuo Intelligent Equipment provided a highly targeted modular solution. On the logistics side, Meishuo pre-assembled each module of its four-stage closed-loop process (feeding + jaw crusher + cone crusher + screening) at its Zhengzhou factory, and rigorously optimized the module dimensions to perfectly adapt to standard container shipping. This not only significantly reduced transoceanic transportation costs but also freed the site from dependence on large-scale civil construction, completely avoiding the risk of delays during the rainy season.
