On November 8, the Meishuo Intelligent Equipment 2026 Employee Skill Competition kicked off in our production workshop. The 3-day event featured 5 competitions — welding, mechanical assembly, electrical commissioning, CNC machining, and quality inspection — attracting over 120 technical backbones from various production departments.
At the opening ceremony, the General Manager said: "Craftsmanship is the foundation of Meishuo Intelligent Equipment. Through this skill competition, we hope to inspire our employees' passion for technical study and skill improvement, cultivate more high-quality technical workers, and provide solid talent support for the company's high-quality development."
At the competition venue, contestants were focused and meticulous. In the welding zone, sparks flew as contestants completed various welding positions with superb skill; in the mechanical assembly zone, contestants worked with practiced hands to precisely complete equipment assembly; in the electrical commissioning zone, contestants demonstrated clear logic as they quickly troubleshot simulated faults.
After 3 days of intense competition, 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes were awarded for each trade. The company presented certificates and bonuses to the winners, with results also factored into annual performance reviews and promotion assessments.
This skill competition not only provided a platform for employees to showcase their skills and exchange techniques, but also further fostered a culture of "learning skills, honing abilities, and competing in craftsmanship" — laying a foundation for building a high-quality industrial workforce.
