The screen must have enough area, the conveyors must match the production capacity, and the control system should allow stable operation. Wearing parts quality is especially important because granite can consume liners faster than limestone.
Capacity planning is also important. A 100 tph granite plant has a very different configuration from a 300 tph plant. Buyers should provide maximum feed size, final product sizes, working hours, and site condition before asking for a quotation.
