Recently, the PE750×1060 tire-mounted mobile jaw crushing plant customized by Meishuo Intelligent Equipment for a customer in the Dominican Republic has completed main assembly and is now undergoing final commissioning at our factory. After complete system testing, the equipment will be shipped to the customer’s project site as scheduled.
This tire-mounted mobile crushing plant adopts the NK750 configuration. The main equipment includes a PE750×1060 jaw crusher, GF1245 vibrating feeder, B1000 discharge belt conveyor, RCYD-10 iron separator and tire-mounted mobile chassis system. With a total installed power of about 143kW, the plant is suitable for primary crushing applications in mining, quarrying, aggregate production and road construction projects.
According to the customer’s raw material conditions and mobile operation requirements, Meishuo Intelligent Equipment optimized the feeding, crushing, conveying, electrical control and mobile chassis systems as a complete solution. The tire-mounted structure makes transportation and site transfer more convenient, allowing the plant to be installed and put into operation quickly after arrival.
During the final factory commissioning, our technical team is carefully checking the vibrating feeder, jaw crusher operation, belt conveyor, electrical control system, safety protection devices and complete plant linkage performance to ensure stable and reliable operation before delivery.
