Skid-Mounted Modular Cone Crushing Plant Shipped to Peru for Efficient Ore Processing
A modular cone crushing and screening plant has completed its factory-floor assembly and is set to be shipped to Peru. Inside the heavy equipment manufacturing workshop, the modular crushing and screening system has undergone full assembly and comprehensive connectivity testing.

The system comprises a primary cone crusher, a vibrating screen, and several belt conveyors. Currently, the equipment is undergoing a final pre-shipment review, after which it will be disassembled, crated, and dispatched to an ore processing site in Peru.

Some mining areas in Peru are located in mountainous or topographically complex terrain. Constructing a traditional, stationary processing plant in such locations—involving excavation, steel reinforcement, and concrete pouring—would be time-consuming. To address these site-specific constraints, the equipment being shipped utilizes a skid-mounted, modular design. Key engineering features of this design include: Skid-mounted main unit—the cone crusher and its drive motor are pre-installed and secured onto a heavy-duty base frame constructed from welded H-beam steel. This base integrates the necessary load-bearing structure for operation with maintenance walkways and platforms. Integrated screening and conveying—the downstream vibrating screen module and the various belt conveyors are also built on independent steel base frames. The elevation and discharge angles between these modules have been verified through pre-assembly and interference checks at the factory. Reduced infrastructure requirements—thanks to this all-steel structural design, the equipment’s reliance on traditional foundations is significantly minimized. On-site, the ground simply needs to be leveled and compacted; the modules can then be positioned using a crane and secured with high-strength bolts, making the system ready for power connection and testing—eliminating the long curing time required for conventional concrete foundations.

At present, technical staff in the workshop are marking the connection points of the various components in preparation for shipment. Upon arrival in Peru, the modules can be quickly reassembled according to their markings and put into operation for local aggregate crushing tasks.
