A mobile crushing and screening system built by Meishuo Intelligent for a client in Kazakhstan is currently in the final stages of installation and commissioning, having completed its cumulative delivery to the project site. This equipment integrates feeding, crushing, and piping functions, featuring a compact and rationally arranged structure, capable of meeting the needs of local sand and gravel aggregate production and mining crushing operations.
As seen in the site photos, the main body of the equipment is basically installed, and technicians are conducting final checks and adjustments on the core components. The entire system adopts a combination design of a heavy-duty feeding device and a high-performance crushing host, featuring strong processing capacity, stable operation, and convenient maintenance, adaptable to the complex working conditions and high-intensity production demands of Kazakhstan. Furthermore, the selective design allows for greater equipment transport capacity, enabling rapid deployment upon arrival at the site.
During project execution, Meishuo Intelligent strictly adhered to the client's requirements in design, manufacturing, and assembly, implementing multi-layered quality control on key components to ensure the equipment reaches optimal operating conditions.
