A newly customized Meishuo triple-shaft horizontal screen has passed rigorous factory testing and will be delivered to a mining project in Indonesia. This successful shipment fully demonstrates Meishuo’s strong expertise in vibratory screening equipment, and proves that our integrated crushing and screening solutions have won further recognition from overseas clients.
Robust Structure for High-efficiency Screening
This triple-shaft horizontal screen integrates multiple core screening technologies developed by Meishuo. It features an exclusive fish-shaped frame support combined with a three-layer side arm box structure, which expands the stress-bearing area remarkably. The equipment is solid and long-lasting, fully capable of sustained high-intensity operation.
Powerful Performance to Match On-site Working Conditions
Tailored to the actual production requirements of our Indonesian partner, this equipment boasts flexible configurations. Our standard models range from MS502 to MS804, with key advantages as follows:
Large processing capacity: Models including MS802, MS803 and MS804 achieve a maximum throughput of 1,000 tons per hour, meeting high-output demands of large-scale mines. Models with a throughput of 600 to 800 tons per hour are ideal for medium-sized production lines.
Wide feeding adaptability: It handles feed materials with particle sizes from 200 mm to 250 mm, ensuring stable operation for both coarse material classification and finished fine aggregate screening.
Flexible deck configuration: Available in 2-deck, 3-deck and 4-deck designs. The screen deck sizes range from 1560×4800 mm to 2540×6080 mm. Customization is available according to required discharge particle sizes to guarantee qualified gradation of finished aggregates.
Elliptical Motion Trajectory to Eliminate Screen Blinding
Optimized for local aggregate properties in Indonesia, the equipment delivers outstanding performance. Its core excitation system drives three shafts to rotate synchronously at an adjustable speed of 730–850 rpm, generating a high-speed elliptical motion trajectory. This unique vibration enables rapid material stratification and screening, and effectively solves the common problems of screen hole blocking and material accumulation found in conventional screening machines.
Energy Saving, Easy Installation and Maintenance
Apart from high throughput, the equipment features excellent energy efficiency. Even under full load with a throughput of 1,000 tons per hour, the motor power is only 37 kW, realizing low energy consumption and high productivity. Its compact overall design lowers installation height requirements and simplifies daily maintenance.
