CH660 Single-Cylinder Cone Crusher Successfully Loaded for Shipment to Brazil
Our company has recently completed the delivery of a CH660 single-cylinder cone crusher. The unit has been loaded at our facility and is now en route to the customer’s site in Brazil.
The CH660 fine-crushing cone crusher can be configured with one of three crushing chamber types: H1 (fine), H2 (medium-fine), or H3 (extra-fine). According to the production capacity specifications—based on an open-circuit operation with dry material (density: 1.6 t/m³)—the capacities are as follows: the H1 (fine) chamber, with a closed-side setting (CSS) ranging from 13 mm to 44 mm, offers a capacity of 170–665 t/h; the H2 (medium-fine) chamber, with a CSS of 13 mm to 32 mm, provides a capacity of 190–505 t/h; and the H3 (extra-fine) chamber, with a CSS of 10 mm to 19 mm, delivers a capacity of 205–320 t/h. Actual production capacity may vary depending on factors such as material type, feed gradation, moisture content, and clay content.
During the loading process, the main unit of the CH660 crusher was securely mounted onto a dark-gray steel base frame and wrapped in transparent protective film to guard against dust and moisture. Also included in the shipment are red cylindrical components and a large, silver-gray electrical control cabinet, which was likewise carefully wrapped in moisture-resistant film.
All equipment components were safely hoisted onto a heavy-duty flatbed trailer. To ensure security during long-distance land transport and subsequent ocean freight, the main crusher unit—anchored at its four corners—along with the other components, was firmly lashed and secured in place using heavy-duty steel chains. Transport vehicles fully loaded with equipment have now departed the factory site and are en route to the designated port to complete the handover procedures for ocean export; upon arrival in Brazil, the equipment will be transported to the project site for installation.
